What is the reasonable psf in this area? Should it be compared to Mont Kiara area since it's nearby?

the completed subsale like changkat view and anggun puri transc at 500psf...so i would say for new launch the reasonable pirce should be around 550psf-600psf....

Is this a high-end area like Mont Kiara? Sorry not familiar with thisa area but 550-600 psf sounds cheap compared to Sentul, Ecosky Jln Ipoh, EkoCheras.

Not really high class area if compare to mont kiara, but defitely its not low class area, more like middle end, i would say its better compare to sentul n cheras.....in terms of environment....

the surrounding subsale already reach 450-500psf..so this 600psf should be reasonable..if come with some promotion like DIBS or 10% discount..another buy buy buy project...

looks very reasonable price for freehold at kl address...somemore near to mont kiara and future matrade TTDI development plan.

heard MRT line 2 will built station nearby, is it confirm?

this area not bad...i think nearest mrt will be the near naza ttdi project KL metropolis..if i'm not wrong. but imho, this project easier entry than concerto..due to the size...

Yes..it is a short driving distance to circle line matrade station...and it should be easier entry compared to concerto...concerto position as high end condo eg private lift lobby...marble flooring...2 side by side carpark with anti ramp system...
There is another high end condo coming up in this area which is verdana by BRDB. ..
If the jalan dutamasraya can be widen and decorate with nice trees, this is a very nice area to stay and also very convenient to anywhere...

why the sales person told me starting at 600psf? 550 is after bumi discount ah?
