What is the reasonable psf in this area? Should it be compared to Mont Kiara area since it's nearby?

Is this a high-end area like Mont Kiara? Sorry not familiar with thisa area but 550-600 psf sounds cheap compared to Sentul, Ecosky Jln Ipoh, EkoCheras.

Then it should be worth buying at 600 psf compared to Cheras, Jln Ipoh, Kota Damansara, Kelana Jaya.
