Yeah, does look lower than what we are getting used to over the last 1,2 years (ie.30,40, 50 storeys tongue.gif)

Looks kinda mid high-end.. after verdana, concerto n this, does this mean its the end of building mid end condos on jalan Dutamas Raya?

it won't be cheap that I can assure you. but if it is going to be like verdana or concerto price. hohoho, most of us can say it in Italian, fogittaboutit

Ths area wil only reserve to built for high end condo in future, really near to mont kiara,u can reach mont kiara in 15 min if u in joggin mode...real kiara north, not like the segambut dalam area like scenaria....even the subsale condos at jln dutamas raya like changkat view, anggun puri and villa makmur reach 400psf...

Seems that more and more high end condo to be built along Jln dutamas raya...the road need to be further upgraded for better appreciation for the condo surrounded..developers of verdana, concerto, this project, changkat view etc should work hand in hand, at least go and discuss with dbkl together for higher bargaining power...

My opinion is do not buy from this developer. Just talk to some of the owners of their previous projects to get a better idea.

It is no secret actually that this developer gives very poor workmanship, you only need to go into all their A*puri at Mont K and Dutamas and a look at the final completed work.

If this is a high cost endevour, then you basically get double edged sword, High price at low quality

Not really poor workmanship....angkupuri atMK is in very good shape after10 years, and still one of the highest occupancy rate on MK, recently rebuilt the guard house

Anggun puri at dutamas, haha, developer price only 180k above, workmanship consider very good oledy.....go to have alook on the lifts at anggun puri, full tiles, glass on wall, even some MK high end condo also not look that good...

nola, new prjetc from developer BT homestead...who built angkupuri and almaspuri at mont kiara, and anggun puri at dutamas...new project is going to launch soon in font of villa makmur at dutamas...
