Heard to be launched soon but don't know when is the exact date...btw, the price should be RM650m psf if my friend is correct...the developer has not finalised the designs of this project. frankly I am not that familiar with this area and developer thus unable to comment much.

I heard that there are few more projects going to be launched in the same area thus this will worsen the traffic condition. Any idea about the access road there, any plan from the government to develope more access roads for this area?

The Mont Kiara is already crowded enough. Now segambut dalam also will crowded like hell haha. think there is too much of residential supply
