How lower is the ground of the land as compared to CT?
If they have development there, wil it affect the main access to CT? (Juara).

another concern I highlighted before, why there's no basic Intercom link to our clubhouse? Visual & Audio intercom would be nice, but atleast a basic voice one.
Please propose to Zalam Management, this is a necessary for every unit.

Just visited the Scale model @ Aeon 
Kinda like the Scale model and have better understanding on the facilities location and the landscape design too. Especially the Center park infront the Villa Home (between Villa & Block B). and also like the Lift up from the Park to Exit floor, so Residents A can walk back to Block A too.

Block B1 facing south has its advantages too, as can view the whole facilities from block A to B, there's T shape wading pool + infinity floor beneath the floating gym.
And a Obversation desk below the floating gym (different from original design); Block A facilties floor has their own obversation desk too.

Block A has its own Swimming pool facing the golf/lake, and a big park with Kids playground, I guess this wil be the petzone as mentioned previously?

The only think Weird is why the balcony side wall color are Orange (B2), Yellow (B1), Green (A2), Blue (A1)..   

Anyways, worth to pay a visit.. and looking forward the bigger scale model!  still hoping for a Showunit.....

We can suggest to zalam or archimatrix on desired color or other material using. Simple texture will do.
Dreamcity facades looks better. Dont really like the WOTP too.

How funny an architecture company (famous?) judge themselves what is right/nice color combination or design? Stil need buyers to commment. Should have revise themselves before reveal it or make it as final products to customers

According to them, it because the higher psf of A2 (mine 500psf) compared to B2 (guess 430-450psf).
So different floor type, fittings, and with sky gardens, and has its own facilities (Swimming pool only la).

I dont find it unfair, that's the reason why I chosen over expensive Block from B to A.

But if all 4 blocks got nice sky pavilion/sky garden, it would be nice. plant more greenery on top.
