it's really unfair to the Block B owners. unless block A owner maintain the sky lodge by themselves.

There are still quite a number of units available in block A. Why don't you guy change your unit from block B to block A if you think is better choice?

That's not the matter of fairness.
U have chosen B over A in the earlier part when u were one of the 1st batch buyers. I don't think if SA never informed u on the differences.

Block B has all the facilities nearby including the gym n tennis court. Thats the pros for block B. The reasons why ppl chosen B over A after know A price are the cheaper psf.
Some even think it's good to being near to facilties and convenient for them. The price has been revealed long time ago, if really think the A the best, why not top up and choose or change to block B instead of sticking to B? The reason why block B being grabbed fast due to its low entry fees, 430psf very cheap for them to come in and flip in future/rental game.

You feel it's unfair, we block A wil feel even more unfair if we paid premium price but has all things shared by others? We decided to pay for more as we know there r better material and privacy for my family to stay. What we pay what we get for.

Ive no objection if higher charges billed to block B if they wanna use the swimmin pool or having same materials n sky gardens. If possible, zalam pls revise the price make it all same psf at 500psf.

Chulk, I'm new here and new to properties, basically I'm still very young.
I have booked a unit, but the problem is, the only "paperwork" that I have gotten from the agent is a PICTURE in whatsapp on the booking form that I've signed and the cash that had been transferred over to lawyer, all in PICTURE format.

I'm not sure if this would guarantee myself to anything as I do not have any copies of black and white with myself to safeguard my position as a buyer, how would I know if anything can happen if I don't have these black and white?

Of course, if it doesn't matter and the pictures are enough, I will be much more relieved.

Skygarden hopefully is super nice and fitted with nice chairs etc to enjoy the landscape..
But I rather Zalam beautifies the Lobby and the Lift area on every floor. As this 2 places are the most often visits when we out from & back to CT home.
and dont use cheapcheap Lift without mirror.. lol

i think not really hot sale la. if u experience the real hot sale property before, u will know that the units will gone in 1 weeks times or maybe even 1 or 2 days time before u even know that is put for sale...

i always feel that if set up sales booth at shopping mall especially like aeon or tesco, normally is not really hot sales project..look at the central residency and damansara perdana metropolitan condo, i saw the sales booth at tesco damansara since last year around October or November until now still there...

Initially i wanted a bigger unit, but I feel like the bigger unit (15xx sf) has quite a weird design - there is a room right beside the main door. Somemore big unit will locate beside the rubbish room.

It is impossible to get a new landed in this part of cheras with RM600K any more...which i doubt also in Sg Long area...probably need to stay toward KAJANG area with 600K budget...
