The villas are all reserved for Chulk & co.
BTW, Units in B1 & B2 are mostly gone. By the time they launch it in 4Q, the lowest available unit will be starting from 700k @A1 & A2.

This is bad. For an additional 60k the block A gets better material, privacy & higher ground? The additional money is not reflecting the property appreciation? And what's the advantage of being the early bird to buy block B? Get to buy a cheapskate unit and the whole world knew about it?

Different material to justify the price difference is poor marketing. I don't even know what I'm getting in B1. Is Zalam serious or not? They are selling building material or property?

The sub sale market in Cheras is going nut after the election. Condo owners are holding on to >400 psf at this very moment. No negotiation.

shocking.gif As far as I can remember, Block A & Block B has a difference of 50K-60K. Meaning if the unit A2-12-2 is 640k, means B2-12-2 will be at most 590k. How come? Any Chester SA care to explain please?

The ultraman dude is saying A2 mid floor @ 64xK. 40 thousand cheaper than yours and higher.

Just calculated.

Mine is 520psf (before rebates), B1 should be around 460psf+ (before rebates).Which means a substantial increase 15% in psf.
