Sometimes, i really hope CT doesn't isolate zones of A, B or C. Everyone should be able to use any zone facilities. This is a large development and large range of facilities can be planned accordingly for effective use. After all, this is a low density development. Why do we need to duplicate 3 different pools then? we have that many tenant per pool? I rather see more variety of facilities than duplicating them. If we are having zoning and isolation of facilities, it is as good as 3 different developments mashed into this 9.x acre, each having their own facilities.

We are not capitalizing the space enough. If the owner wishes to jog around entire 3 different block types, it would be more effective and better than jogging along his own block/zone.

Damansara Foresta is a massive development as well. Facilities are shared and therefore a wider range of facilities can be offered. I don't see a "you cannot come in to use our facility" complains.

Without such zoning isolation, it will remove complains of unfair payment of maintenance fees.

I love fennel too~~~ but 30k booking fees. 70k++ Downpayment 50cents maintenance fees..
Im not familiar with sentul east. So wil stick to CT.

Ceiling heights for CT is 10feets 6inches (withour plaster ceiling), should be 10feets after plaster ceiling.

They put up the nice tent to solve the problem. Water leaking at the car park is due to the swimming pool pump room. Developer even build another pump room just to fix the problem. You can see how they respond.

Block A1 have plenty to choose. I don't really remember A2 because I am interested in A1 which is facing the forest.

Block A1 and A2 is 10 floors higher than the rest of the blocks, this is due to the natural land condition. I will opt for level 7 and onwards, i might have phobia living in high floor units, 10th floor of A1 = 20th floor or normal condo. 

I told the Sales Agent (SA) that I will take at least 1 day time to consider. I'm not buying vege anyway. If my preferred units been sold off when I have finally decided, I'll go for other property options.

Ya, If little different still acceptable. As long as the property not completed build up then we always dont know how it will look like. I believe all the property got the same even though for those famous developer also cannot guarantee must good as the modal and pictures.

But at least the modal and pictures make it nice so can attract those buyer like me. For some projects what I seen the pictures I already don't have the intend to buy already.

For me modal and pictures is very basic things. If basic also not good then hard to expect the outcome will good.
