At least the those who live at landed not need passby the abandon houses and it quite a distance from the landed houses, the abandon houses is just beside the condo

i think 3 pools for 3 different block s are very good, means around 180++ units use one pool, low dense, less users at one time...

u wan only one big swimming pool share by all blocks...not good la...crowded espically during weekend evening time...

i always like low dense, more privacy...

Im not familiar with sentul east. So wil stick to CT.

I am not from Cheras, I am more familiar with Sentul as I grown up around there which is why I am targeting Fennel. But 800k is just too much for a condo. Further more 70K DP? I really wonder how many people could pay that much upfront for down payment.

They put up the nice tent to solve the problem. Water leaking at the car park is due to the swimming pool pump room. Developer even build another pump room just to fix the problem. You can see how they respond.

open area? nope, the picture show the flood is like happened at the facility floor with in front of the cafeteria and convenient store...it's indoor, just wonder how the rain water will accumulate at the area until like small flood? is it something to do with workmanship which the floor is not even until water is not flow and accumulate there...

the guarded wall surrounding the developer is brick wall or fence?

from the previous picture for the modal that posted by forumer, looks like just fence, not brick wall.

sometimes i wonder is this really hot sale or not, because actually still quite a number of units put on sale...just wait few days, always will have some units previously booked by other ppl and then agent come back to you say booking cancel..haha...sounds like a marketing trick for me...

well, u r right...for more than 550k price, got plenty of choices for subsale at good location such as bangsar,PJ,mont kiara, sentul with good rental yield, but of course ppl will say cloudtree design is better, high class and low dense, worth the money....

so the cloudtree will be good for own stay, if only the outcome is exactly like what modal and the picture show.........definitely not good rental play at this area and somemore deep inside...just worry later outcome not as "pretty" as shown in picture and modal, and no mood to stay uself, wan rent out also no market..then jialat la...

i think not really hot sale la. if u experience the real hot sale property before, u will know that the units will gone in 1 weeks times or maybe even 1 or 2 days time before u even know that is put for sale...

i always feel that if set up sales booth at shopping mall especially like aeon or tesco, normally is not really hot sales project..look at the central residency and damansara perdana metropolitan condo, i saw the sales booth at tesco damansara since last year around October or November until now still there...
