haha, sorry my mistake...but i wonder if cloudtree really so good sales, why the agents will keep texting me since last week til today mentioned there are still cheap units ta block B2...whatever, maybe i am not welcome at this thread...is ok,,

good luck to you all on the cloudtree especially those new registered member who active only in cloudtree thread...

anyway, cloud tree is really worth invest property based on psf and the show modal...

no la..B2 still got 1269sqf units left at level 7 and 9....maybe if u show u r keen buyers and show ur cheque book, more n more units on other floors initially stated that oledy been taken will suddenly will pop out and open for you to chose...

ya sure..can get some decent size old landed at cheras area...or sungai long..in fact you top up around 40k can get new landed gated guarded landed at ampang area but it's leasehold if u don mine....

but of course, like many buyers mention, cloudtree is more on lifestlye with low dense and full facility and top hill...

different ppl different need la..

Really hard to believe whos angel n devil here.

Well all detailrd information of CT already been given, it's already like an open Book Exam.  Evaluate the projects outselves if its worth for u or izzit meet ur requirement to buy it. If i dislike, I wil never check it out (eg You city, too many blocks, no interest ady), if Im interested then wil do 200%research on it. Thats simple.

if the projects have weaknesses, no matter how agents promoting it, also wont work unless there are alots "Smart" buyers buy prop like buy vege with no brains.

Well they dont support as they just pass by the acxess road (dead end) and surroundings, without knowing the details or concept of the CT.  They do not know its lowdensity, view facing, facilities, reasonable price, so I understand their thinkin whem come to the access. For me, the greenery n low density n other pros attracts me most n makes me forget bout the access. I really like the Infinity pool with the Golf/lake view!  It's facing west, so imagine swim durin sunset... cantik..

i think the access road is not really that bad...i mean the road the pass through the taman juara jaya...actually it's quite wide, it's not really high class feel, just some taman road feel but still okokla

the problem is the dead end of the road, should be the new opening private road to cloudtree...that's the part that developer need to do magic work on that....
