if Stayin in landed with G&G , yes only need mobile phone.
But i dont expect the guard would call my personal phone whenever there r visitors come and need verification or viceversa.
very inconvenient if everytime visitors need to pass their phone to guard to verify their identity with residents.

almost all properties ive search are equiped with 2 way intercom to guardhouse/management office.

Normal 3 tiers security:
1) Guardhouse
2) Entrance lobby
3) Lift access to your floor ONLY with access card.

And they said have CCTV in every floor of Carpark.

Intercom and 24hours Security Guard Patrol are needed too. These are basic too.

Anyways, talk to the SA for further details and reserve ur units. Otherwise wait for Zalam slowly prepare their scale model and launching. 2months time.

The above mentioned was given by SA, not sure if finalized. Security definitely more important than facilities.

I think you better meet the SA tomorrow to understand further details of this project, they have very much detailed info ady.
Reserve an unit first otherwise wil mis out good units since it selling fast.

You can email/whatsapp your fiance about ur findings, then bring her to meet the SA again by end of month.
Dont think u can get better unit if wait til end month.

Failure of the system is very depends on the quality & control of the system being used? I believe Zalam can solve this instead of avoid using it as I do see my fren condo have been runnin without problem for the years. Sorry, I'm also incharge of QAQC in the company, very concern on quality issue & complaints.

We have no choice but accept since it's decision made by Zalam. Hopefully the decision is right and the condo is well managed well by their new management (since they are abit new & learning)
I've been browsing One Sentul/Alam Puri owner's FB Page. founds some defects too, will check with the residents regarding their purchase. I believe Quality Speak themselves.

Both of these condo facades are just okay, considered "medium end" for me, hope CT gonna be their first "Nice design" condo as benchmark.

That's for sure. SA has to entertain all the customers/buyers. And we as buyer need to spend money wisely. Expensive doesnt mean is good, Cheap doesn meant all are low class/cut cost stuff.

Working life is like that, I also have to entertain small big customers by havin meeting/dinner/teleconference/emails/calls every day to discuss our planning/progress/feedback/complaints. Customer is our top priority, and they always ask for discount discount and discount yet our supplier keep increase material price. What can we do? so better balance up by disturb Chulk Kor more and I know he's fine with that
