imagine if my neighbour in danger, I wish can directly contact the guards via telecon for help. Thou i know guards nowadays are useless, but bette than none. |

Thanks for the response. Failure of the system is very depends on the quality & control of the system being used? I believe Zalam can solve this instead of avoid using it as I do see my fren condo have been runnin without problem for the years. Sorry, I'm also incharge of QAQC in the company, very concern on quality issue & complaints. We have no choice but accept since it's decision made by Zalam. Hopefully the decision is right and the condo is well managed well by their new management (since they are abit new & learning) I've been browsing One Sentul/Alam Puri owner's FB Page. founds some defects too, will check with the residents regarding their purchase. I believe Quality Speak themselves. Do add them and have a study.
