Yes Developer should make it clear to all buyers regarding the Water pressue pump (should be named as M&E).

Dreamcity has this M&E water p.pump located at their 8th floor if not mistaken, that's why there are 2 units are emptied for this function (normal 8units per floor).
According to their SA, they will use better quality to building this pump to reduce the noise, might have some noise on the floor.
But they can't provide the confirmed answer.
I guess most high rise do have it at ground floor or middle.

Blk A nearer to it? very near? if nearer, should be cheaper. I can sacrifice for highest ground than nearer to HTC.
Why SA always just tell us far away from HTC only 360meter? Really have to ask in every detailed during the launch day or softlaunch with Scale Model.
If unsatisfied or found that SA giving wrong info, just cancel it da booking.
So we all here brainstorming before launch day, so we have better idea later on

I never been to Paragon 3 sales gallery though it's nearby my office. Do know the selling point is the privacy and low density per floor. Attracted by some photos of them and it's designed by CKGraphic (Same as Leafz/TwinArkz/Petalz).

hopefully CT a better choice, so have you canceled the booking on Paragon 3? or you gonna have 2 prop together? notworthy.gif lol thumbup.gif

If cant rent well,
CT for ownstay, and get another in prime location for investment then..like Bangsar/Bangsar South/MK/OKR.

CT really good for own stay, IF ONLY, all the things we have discussed are firmed. with good facilities quality but not small & no design. tongue.gif
Anyways, does anyone know if the Swimming pool is Infinity pool? (Not Lap Pool for sure).
As nowadays all projects using "infinity pool" as selling point too.

Actually I visited vina sales gallery before booked CT too.
hardly compare as CT stil have no scale model and showroom yet. Facilities on block A stil yet to reveal to buyers too.

But personally dont like the Vina facade design. The differ heights looks boring to me. The big lap pool us good but I cant feel any resort feel at all le.
No scenery like CT or dreamcity. Even WOTP has better greenery surrounding (imo).
but their 1500 dualkey Living Room quite spacious. Like it~

Lastly and most importantly I dont like the name "Vina" haha. No offends.

Cant agree more with your statement. but Everyone has it's own point of view smile.gif just choose something you like and follow ur feeling more important.
If VINA has concept of Resort feel, WOTP has Greenery environment concept, hopefully Zalam would come out sth unique point/concept for CT, eg. Full facilities grand clubhouse and comfortable atmosphere.

as I know for Block A2 3Levels carparks are GroundFloor, Lvl 1 and lvl 2. Then first unit started with Lvl 3 with Unit 3.
Lvl 3 not A1.1.3 but A1.3.3

A2 highest floor is Unit A2.27.3 (27th) Am I Right?
A2 facing south started from lvl 3 with A2.3.3. Only 3 levels of carpark
Wheares A2 facing North has 7 levels of carpark.

Correct me if im wrong.

Not sure about B1, every block should slightly different? not sure as I never check all block lists...
Better check with your SA which floor you booking is from the CT photo. Every alternative floor of balcony has differ design of wall (the C shape) if you guys realised.
Look at the photo carefully.

But confirmed 92units per block (hmm).

I work in Balakong, so considered familiar with the path as I always travellin to MV, KL, PJ. (Im weak in those names of highway)


Midvalley: Silk highway to mrr2 direction, after toll keep left fly over to Kuchailama, Oldklangroad and reach MV (15-20mins only without Jam. Slow in traffic light)

KL: from Mines turn left and take seremban highway (KL-Seremban Highway) to KL via Smart Tunnel (or old way without Tunnel) (20mins)

PJ: when you reach MV, take the federal highway, Kerinchi Link to One Utama (35-40mins, depends on traffic)

Cyberjaya, Mines turn left and all the way straight to Putrajaya/Cyberjaya/Puchong.

I kinda ike balakong actually as It's not really traffic congested and easy access to many area, without massive jam.
Now I almost travel to Kuchai lama from Balakong in 15mins, Sri petaling or MV in 20mins (without JAM at around 6pm!)
Personally like Oldklangroad/Kuchai/MV/Bangsar area alots, not as jam as KL City.
