Roadshow with scale model to view.
Sure there's printed brochure for buyers to view I guess. I wil visit as wanna know further detailed on the design n location of facilities in our buildings. So roughly know about how the projects looks like. Photos cant really tell in details, atleast can see how higher ground between the block A and B from the scale model. Bigger scale model wil be ready end of the month. |

Just visited the Scale model @ Aeon
Kinda like the Scale model and have better understanding on the facilities location and the landscape design too. Especially the Center Valley Park infront the Villa Home (between Villa & Block B). and also like the Lift up from the Park to Exit floor, so Residents A can walk back to Block A too. Block B1 facing south has its advantages too, as can view the whole facilities from block A to B, there's T shape wading pool + infinity floor beneath the floating gym. And a Obversation desk below the floating gym (different from original design); Block A facilties floor has their own obversation desk facing Villa & Central Valley park Block A has its own Swimming pool facing the golf/lake, and a big park with Kids playground, I guess this wil be the petzone as mentioned previously? The only think Weird is why the balcony side wall color are Orange (B2), Yellow (B1), Green (A2), Blue (A1).. Anyways, worth to pay a visit.. and looking forward the bigger scale model! still hoping for a Showunit..... This post has been edited by Kvsual: Jul 15 2013, 05:18 PM |

Kinda low cost/class feel. The "BlackBoard" on top of eaxh building even clueless. Dont know what the Archimactrix doing its design. Perhaps zalam can plant more trees on sky garden/rooftop |

QUOTE(doomdoom @ Jul 15 2013, 06:45 PM) Yes. Contact SA or visit the roadshow. Guess sales doing good.. have to act fast if u really like it.The floorplan layout type is always my favourite. It's rare/seldom find in most highrise. Horizontal with Longer Width shorter depth. (Bigger balcony n spacious living room). vice versa for standard vertical type. Recently so far i've seen Dreamcity, WOTP, Cristal Cyberjaya having this. This post has been edited by Kvsual: Jul 15 2013, 06:43 PM |

1: Central Valley with the slopes/Stairs back to Villa Home & clubhouse exit entrance. 2: Block A1 A2 Carpark entrance 3: Block A, you can see the green color next to balcony rite? wad u think? photos dont look bad actually. haha 4: Tennis Court on Block B and playground next to Floating Gym 5: somethin interesting. A Lift from Central Valley Park to 4-5th floor Clubhouse exit, entrance to facilities like Gym. Kinda convenient. So Block A residents dont need walk so much back to their homes.... 1: Central Valley park! I sorta like this alots. a nice park...is this Petzone lol? Nice viewing from Villahome. Block B or A facing inwards wil able to see the Central park and floating gym/swimming pool at Blk A). 2: Duplicated photo 3: Close up on Central Park. Sorry for the glass reflections. I like the SLopes to Villa.. 4: Entrance. It looks good. But make it more grand lagi.. the Logo of Cloudtree should have darker shade green instead of same green tone. 5: view from Block B. not bad huh. looks good 6: Floating Gym and the observation desk below..
