PR1MA house = cannot rent out, cannot sell in 10 yrs and must be Malaysian own stay - that means no pak hitam, bangla, pakistan, indo, ME, etc etc .... sounds good to me...

Cheap things wont be good, good things wont be cheap end story.

Cheap houses still a lot in KV dont have to wait for PR1MA

+1, no rental and living side to side with local is the best. Neighborhood relationship has weaken in Msia, PR1MA might able to bring it back.

Is there maintenance charges in these PRIMA project?
If Yes, what will the chances of the owner of all these units pay promptly? These are usually the struggling group isn't it?
If No, who is going to maintain or upkeep the condition of the place? What will be the condition like in 5-10yrs?

Now I kno why they digging out so many 2004&2005 income tax filing lately.... Must be greatly in need of large funds....
Why 2004&2005? It's the 8th & 9th yr ago tax where higher chance of ppl not able to produce prove.....

Both political parties must be almost equally strong.

Malaysia needs a strong OPPOSITION which has been good for the nation so far. Regardless who wins, whichever party that win now has to do something about affordable housing and low-cost housing to relocate and upgrade some areas. Whichever ruling govt must be kept on their toes.

Bear in mind, 1 million homes are nothing... we are here talking about nationwide. We have many millions of people without owning a proper home - some living under some no-maintenance kampungs. I would love to see at least 30% of it goes to poorer states like Sabah, Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah and Sarawak.
