nothing is cheap for cyberjaya now base on the large unit they build . But paying for high price for high density project like lakefront maybe need to re think again and also the maintenance fee is expensive too base on what the sale person said

there is alot more option coming to cyberjaya soon.

There are talks that MRT 3 will serve Cyberjaya either near it in Salak Tinggi or coming right into it near Putrajaya Monorail Sentral station.

Current destination arrangement is:

Singapore-HSR-KLIA-ERL-PUTRAJAYA-KL SENTRA

If u happen to be in Putrajaya, u ll see an abandoned lrt station near Putrajaya sentra. I think it ll stick to where it stops unless there's extension to Cyberjaya.
CCC Will have direct link to Putrajaya Sentra(walking distance), so it's still very convenient.

Bro.. Putrajaya Sentral is for the Monorail which was stalled.

As of little bird now, the High Speed Rail is most likely going to a "Government-initiated megaproject". I mentioned before where it may go.

However, Cyberjaya may get the "linkage" to an MRT because one of the MRT is confirmed heading towards our capital city Putrajaya.

Yes you are right, Putrajaya Sentral now serve as bus station and ERL transit. The LRT tunnel has been ready and built but stopped by Pak Lah. I think they will reuse the station but I am not confirm, GLP will benefit not only Putrajaya but Cyberjaya too. Just need to see how much of the portion goes to Dr M's pocket, even the project itself announced by Ah Jib kor(heard from friend) so I think the intention to develop Cyberjaya is clear coz it's all free money! if lucky enough, then he may sell more lands or even have a station near there. That's why I m confident with GR coz they ll be the nearest HER nearby

Earlier in April, Gadang, controlled by Tan Sri Kok Onn, inked an agreement with Cyberview to jointly undertake the project at Block 20, Cyberjaya, using a special purpose vehicle.
