Hi all, do anyone know the new shopping mall currently in progress in cyberjaya call what?what is the soho or studio selling price now?

Any news for this project? Interest to know what is the selling price.

If miss the phase 1 then not worth to enter d.

It will take another 20 years to build up the cyberjaya city center it got everything,just like a town ship.

Hospital got Effect one... like le pavilion / le cruist all target for doctor, nurse, trainee
part of the selling point when a property near to hospital.

CCC still a flat land now... but they build a fance surround it.

in progress d, near by tamarind square, you search "hospital cyberjaya" @ google map.

cyberjaya pretty much doomed , surrounded development near cyberjaya hospital all kena lelong at the moment.

puchong macam still ok, the columbia hospital there i did saw some nurses walking around.

too pricy also...
if they sell kampung price sure alot people wanna move there.

CCC very nice concept la, it a extention of Putrajaya Sentral connect with existing LRT.

in term of location i give 5 star.

1 thing i dont understand is, y puchong and sri kembangan so near, but it not linked with lrt/mrt.
even mrt2 complete, it take a long journey from puchong to cyberjaya.
(Puchong -> ChanshaoLin-> CCC) 1.5hr
(puchong ->Salat Selatan ELR -> Putrajaya ELR) 1.5hr


need more venture and office is true... if that mahatir 3 japan university really come open school is good too.
