And most developers want to cash in on bull run.

Its not about what concept landed they should sell ....ultimately buyers are price sensitive...you need to launch something that sit well with buyers pocket.

Why launch seg concept when u can launch dpc concept? More sek hiong no?

SEG was used as an example coz its in cyber. DPC not in cyber. What I was saying is basically freehold landed strata

Before this there were individual fng.

After seg there are sejati sympony hills and tons others

GR to me was a bit too near to KVDT for my comfort. Sejati symphony, I din really like the landscape or rather the lack of it

Ok its just down to personal preferences here  ..

For long tern maintenance seg is just not practical
