Dota2 - Can.
Vegas Pro - Can, but the AMD APU+GPU combo (OpenCL) is only so so for video processing and rendering. You get what you pay for

If you don't obsoletely need 13" or touchscreen, and only want Asus, then maybe consider this:

Please make sure you have good external cooling solution when you game on (light and thin) laptop

Screen and speakers preference is very subjective. Strongly suggest you go out to look and listen at the real thing and decide for yourself
Unfortunately for your budget and your preferred screen size, most (if not all) models come in TN panel
You don't need powerful spec at all. i3 and HD4000 is more than sufficient.
