Not easy to get laptop with "ultrabook" label with your budget

But your usage requirement definitely is not demanding. Intel HD 4000 can handle Dota2

Please make sure you have good external cooling solution when you game on (light and thin) laptop

Err. Then is there any other options? I mean not really need to be thin & light, since my budget is just 1.7k. thanks

Negotiate, and those models will come within / very close to your RM1.7k budget

As I said, you could play Dota2 with i3 and HD4000, but a discrete GPU never hurt.
If you could consider non-thin/light, then:
Lenovo
G480, i5-3230M + Nvidia GT635M@RM1699, 4GB, 500GB(5400rpm), FreeDOS
G400s, i3-3110M + Nvidia GT720M@RM1449, 4GB, 500GB, FreeDOS
Dell
Inspiron 14R, i3-4010U + Intel HD4400@RM1549 [2.32kg], 4GB, 500GB(5400rpm), W8 , 4 cell
