Main question on rental is the liquidity. No use rental is 3k but takes 2 years to find a tenant.

Starz one got 200++ listings for rent.

Foreign buyers only benefit developers and investors, and detrimental to local home buyers and long term economic growth.

Ideally, foreign buyers should pay higher e.g 15% stamp duty.

They mark up kao2 and promise will up 100 200psft upon completion.

Expecting many more auction units here. Even summer suites also gone. This project looks nice but doubt can support the psf price.

3k in October but dropped to 2.5k onwards now with many units.
