Believe developer still have many units left over. If developer doesn't buy back to support price could have negative impact on unsold units.

Not sure if there are other developments with such high density.

Star looks not bad, my HK friends and I are looking into it about 2 years ago but the Ascott block priced us out with over RM 2k psf. The earlier blocks, agents gave us few indicative launched price few years earlier, some say RM 1.4k+ and some say RM1.6k to 1.8k psf

Lelong already started at 1118 psf (950k for 850sqft). Too many units, confirm lelong out a lot

feels like m-city lelong all over again, can slash more than 50% from here. Just die die wait

Please correct me if I am wrong. If I recall correctly, m-city was slashed more than 50% from the 1st lelong reserved price.

The lowest ended up to be 540psf

Means first round lelong also lower than SnP and nett price also. Launch price about 1500-1700psf.

540/1408 = 38.4%

Your analysis Tak boleh pakai 😆 everything compare with m city

Lowest ever this will go is 800psf. At that price is quite a steal in KLCC.
