nett nett after dc = 900k (conservative) 900k * 5% = 45k 45k / 12 = 3750 3750 for 600+ sqf? niche market already Sorry that's the only way i will decide to / not to jump in (cuz I'm poor) But heck those that can afford wont be even calculating... |
