Hello there!
I’m taking Maybanks’s Murabahah Islamic Loan. Normally how many times would be the Banks Sale Price against the financing amount?

Hi,
If I have a Special Attention account in my CCRIS.
But it's already settled, and Bank has provided the settlement letter. Any chance Bank will consider my Application for Property Financing?

Hi all..
Would like to ask.. I'm going to apply for housing loan/mortgage. Got an offer for Rumawip. Property price 198k (downpayment 10%). My profile: 30/male Net income: RM 3467 *after all deductions* Liabilities: ASB loan RM 571(100k loan since 2015), car loan RM 364, credit card - limit RM 5000 (rarely used & always paid full ontime - usually RM 250/month if any)
What is the best plan for me (banks, interest rate, margins, instalments etc) and if possible I'm keen on getting MLTA/MLTT instead of MRTA/MRTT. Thanks.

Not sure if rate different depending on MRTT vs MLTT but I think it is normal for bank to force you to buy the insurance if you take loan with them ... QUOTE(jyu_bonk @ Nov 7 2018, 07:46 PM) Hi, I’m a 1st timer in buying a property. Now in process of getting loan. I apply with Maybank and was offer 4.5%, but banker call me last minute saying that the rate offer 4.5% is with MRTT taken, they’ll offer 4.75% if with MLTT. I just want to make sure is this a common practice by banks? What is actually the current rate for Maybank (or any other banks)? Thanks.

I already sign my offer letter. This is the rate that some banks offer to me. Maybank 4.5 with MRTT / 4.8 without MRTT Public bank 4.45 with MRTT / 4.8 without MRTT However, I able to get rate 4.5 with maybank without MRTT.

Hi sifus,
I already booked a property and paid 10% deposit. To improve my dsr, im planning to make a full settlement of my pl (monthly rm1k/outstanding balance rm14k) by applying another pl with longer tenure and lower monthly commitment (rm300).
Question is, will this new application of credit facility affect my mortgage loan application?
Thanks in advance.

Question! If I can't make the minimum payment next month for my home loan (RM1900) but want to at least make a RM1000 payment, will it affect my credit score/CTOS score and my record with the bank?
Or I must make the full payment without fail.

Since my mortgage banker said he only needs the receipt of my first pl in order to proceed with my mortgage loan, I plan to apply the 2nd pl and straightaway fully pay my 1st pl (went to check with rhb easy they claim the disbursement is on the spot). I wonder if it gives bad remarks to the banks when they find out i make so many transactions in a day (apply 2nd pl -> settle 1st pl -> apply mortgage

Hi, does anyone know any bank that would recognise high percentage (like 80%) of commission earners’ average monthly income regardless of the comm deviation?
Eg.
Average income for 6 months = RM6,000
Recognise 80%, RM6,000 x 80% = RM4,800
Quota for dsr, RM4,800 x 70% = RM3,360
