Hi I have some questions about mortgage loan,
1. I am looking for second mortgage loan, will it be more difficult to apply? 2. My first mortgage loan is a joint name property total of RM2400 monthly, how does bank assess my second mortgage loan? Will the RM2400 commitment divide by 2? 3. I only have 2 months payslip since i just changed to my new job lately, is it sufficient to apply? if not, what kind of support documents will help? 4. My nett income is roughly RM6100, what is the maximum eligible loan amount? 5. Which bank provide the best rate and what rate is it? |

Hi, I’m a 1st timer in buying a property. Now in process of getting loan.
I apply with Maybank and was offer 4.5%, but banker call me last minute saying that the rate offer 4.5% is with MRTT taken, they’ll offer 4.75% if with MLTT. I just want to make sure is this a common practice by banks? What is actually the current rate for Maybank (or any other banks)? Thanks. |

Today I do survey with Public bank and this is their offer 4.4 with MRTT MOF 95% (they said promotional rate) 4.8 with MLTT I already have MLTT and told the banker that I dont want MRTT. Then they said I still able to get promotional rate if I buy ?MRPA with them which cost around 3k for 300k property price. Care to explain what is MRPA? Never come across with that before. |
