Why not to your satisfaction? You means the rate they offer? Before LO come out have you ask the banker help you appear to better rate? |

Share can it use as pledged?
I am having an ace counter(free share fully paid up) but it is fundamentally sound co with 40 yrs appearance ,0 debt ,at yield of 7 %,bought at pe of 10,c apital gain 50% less than 3 mth I only have one counter,concentration risk? |

If you are below 40 years old, should be no problem with only RM700 asb loan. Get ready you asb loan offer letter showing it is asb loan with loan amount. Monthly repayment at RM2840 But be aware this is max commitment you can get the loan. Thanks |

Hello any bankers here. I got a question to ask.
Let's say I'm buying a 2nd hand house (have previous owners), then the owner is quoting me at RM600,000. May I know how much will the bank loan to me if this is my first hse. From what I know, banks will loan the amount based on their valuer's report on the market value of the property. Is it true? |

I got the same interest rate from most of the major local banks....the one thing that differs is the base rate n spread..... May I know the importance of let say 1. 3.25+1.2 2. 3.9+o.65 |
