Good Day !

Currently I have property under joint ownership A+B
and would like to transfer to A only.
3rd party loan under A have to re-apply.

PM me if any banker have interested zero moving cost package to cover new loan fees.

only HSBC have offer zero moving cost package, however i will advice you try others bank like maybank, pbb etc for better rate.

Yes, they do. As long as the main borrower's name is in SPA.

i have another question about refinance my loan.
Let say current loan is 360k and new loan apply based on market value 450k. How about the differences for plus minus 90k ?
How bank paying back the amount and how long it takes to reach me ?

Bank will bank in the remain balance to your bank account, and normally process will take around 2-3 months

FYI, I think most banks only offer max 80% LTV for refinance cases. So your loan gotta be lower for you to cash out anything if you need it. Correct me if I'm wrong

Your info is wrong ya, refinance loan margin can go up to 90% I had done many refinance case before smile.gif

Hi there, am looking for a loan that allows me to borrow about 50-60k or maybe more. Monthly salary RM4.8k, i have one credit card, no house and car. Been working for 3 years in this private company. No debt history. Any idea which is the best?

hi guys..looking for a loan, lets say my home loan remaining 100k, n i have this term loan tied up with my home loan 50k. and i have personal loan, credit card debt and car installmen debt,
i would like to know if i can consolidate these loans into 1, meaning refinancing under my home loan...
coz some bank i ask those excess cash only payable up to 10 years..

You can try to cash out and settle off all the other loans. Not exactly payable up to 10 years, but the calculation is just based on 10 years. If your income is able to support 10 year's instalment, most bank still grants up to 35 years, depends on age. Some banks might cap 10 years tho..

Refinance commitment might counted base on 10 year loan tenure, if you age allow loan tenure can repay base on maximum tenure 35 years

26 years old for both. Salary is 4500 and 2500 (not yet deduct epf, sosco...). want to loan for 1st house. 35 years loan. May I know 1 month our maximum can loan how much? So I can look for that price range of house. Only have 1 car loan RM740 per month. Credit card clear every month. Hope can explain on "My First Home Scheme" which allow to loan 100%. I looking to get 2nd hand house. Thank you
