Nowadays every township development must commit a selangorku residential project. Are you sure? As far as I know, the landed strata and normal strata title is not the same, we are talking of aparments (high rise strata) and landed strata here. There is a limit on landed strata on how big the areas can be (I forgot). And moreover, this involve two different developement of projects. Maybe the Landed strata Amendment change, since the last time I come across is 2012... Maybe you can clarify your point, please?
Besides, JMB got the rights to allow public usage of clubhouse facilities to generate more income, as agreed *normally not all owners come to JMB meeting, as well as paying the monthly maintenance fees, the office usually made their own decisions to boost income for clubhouse manteinance. Have a look at what ~loveforever~ said..
