In order to attract sales, they gave cashback on selling the properties. At the same time, some investors were aiming at BCH sub sale market. A 20X 70 double storey link were going for 250K, 20x65 were going for 220K. The minimum selling price for these units as of now are 330k for 20x65 n 370K for 20x70. During the good times, 20x70 were selling at 430K. Compare to location BCH is old, however it is very near AEON compare to M1 n M2. Just my 2 cents |

Thanks for your sharing. The price around BCH now cause the facilities is there. Even M1 is there now, M2 lack of shops. There is no shops and so inconvenience to get a maggie or eggs. And yet, developer did not do anything or think of building the shop lots. Surely, a convenience store will helps a lot.
