From my friends, I can see we actually buy whichever closer to our hometown. Like me, I bought MR2 because I wanna be close to Perak (travel during holiday is hectic) while some of them bought Semenyih, Kajang because they are from Johor, Melaka.

I will not say all of them, but that's the trend I can see.

By the way, actually quite some number of residents move out from Damansara, Puchong, and Shah Alam in search of peaceful afterwork life. The problem with MR2 is the food which is quite scarce.

Yes. You can go to Management Office (Behind Guard House of Birch) to get check list. Some do grill while some not. Depends on you. If minor renovation involving interior, then you do not need to go to MPS. However, if you do grill, awning, extension etc, then you need to apply for MPS permit.

I agree. The whole BTP is quite large. The road poorly designed. The business around the area hard to survive too. Perhaps the problem with satellite town is people are away to KL working during day time, therefore, business limited to car repair, food and convenience shop

Depends on your needs whether you think it is justify or not, for me, I buy for own stay and not for investment. I enjoy the peace so far although there are some issues surrounding this area. We as community working hard together to make it better place though but still depends very much on MS.

wah???? Really? What is the pump's power? Now, I am bit scare after install 0.75hp water pump. I thought of using 0.5hp but the shop keepers convinced me to go for 0.75hp.

No doubt about the Caspia side, the road is really wide. Spacious unlike most development. However, Alpine and Birch development still same as most old development around, narrow.

Prefer they can beautify the path to playground at the side towards Dahlea side. No walk path.

KTM very limited. Last time I used to take train from KTM Kuang to KL Sentral. But the train frequency is not consistent and less trains too. From Sg. Buloh onwards, frequency of KTM double.

Towards Sg Buloh take you about 30 minute, parking, KTM and MRT. Once the MRT 2 line completed, you got more accessibility options to choose.
