wah the reception problem is it can solve by software?

I am just like you. I am not a professional either who concerns about colour saturation, noise, etc etc. As long as it looks good I'm happy with it. That's why I'm asking you about your opinion. An opinion of a lay person just like me. I'm not asking which phone has the better camera, which one has better colour saturation, which one is better than this and that... I'm just asking comparing both the htc one or note 2, which would you prefer?

other than reception is works fine right
the reception problem is how ?
intermittent or every time ?

what version is your firmware? i see your phone as problem with edge blur as reported in earlier firmeware.

people have been complaining about build quality for he early batches, and from what I see, batches made after 30 March seems to be generally fine...
do you have any build quality issues?

btw, we'll feel more heat as our ambient temperature is higher than those ang mohs
the photos are quite OK, very less noise in the computer photo, focused correctly on the center for the flower photos, and got the exposure right in the lawn photo as you were pointing it towards the subject nearer to you hence the blown out background (try using HDR/Backlight mode for these kind of situation)

and, i think we need better subject & weather to show how well this camera can do

Uncle benny, I wonder the HTC widget is it still that much compare to sense 4?
On mine, there are less widget compare to sense 4.
The widget i like photo grid is not included also.
I wonder is it only me or van you help me to check your brothers phone?

To toggle wifi, data etc... there is a HTC Sense widget, go check it out.

i just got warranty issue for my htc one X ...
they reject my warranty request, coz i unlocked my phone throught htcdev.com ( i send in as stock firmware, re-locked)
wifi problems + front camera blue-ish....

IMHO, if u wan to root ur phone, stay away from HTC for time being. only way to flash custom rom, u need to unlocked bootloader(thou htcdev.com). therefore warranty gone.... i'm trying to talk with them on this issue, but i think the chances is low.

as market, apple or samsung still grant you warranty as long as the unit u send in is stock firmware. HTC even reject my mybeat earphone cause my unit is unlocked thou htcdev.com lol....zzzz
