RM 1.6-1.7 k probably

This email i recieved this morning from Handtec. I have order 1 unit on behalf my brother on end March. Email 2 days ago was shipping out expected this week. More n uncertain delays:

Handtec have been informed by HTC Distribution that there will be further delays affecting both Black and Silver HTC One pre-orders.

For all customers who have ordered the HTC One 32gb Black we have been informed that this will now be expected towards the end of April-Early May.

At this time HTC One 32gb Silver customers should expect delays until the 22nd/29th April.

Unfortunately no exact date has been given for either device but as soon as we can confirm this we will update the relevant product pages immediately.

The Batch that was expected for this week is no longer due to arrive.

Wonder whether we will get the 64gb here? It is available in spore for s $1068, probably can even be cheaper by say s $100+ from retailers such as MobileSquare
I have emailed handtec to cancell it since too late. Will get the 64gb instead in spore next week

What is so special about developer edition?
I read in hardwarezone spore the 64gb developer version available is not compatible with Msia/Spore LTE bands as is meant to match USA LTE bands

You will get used to it
I felt same way too when I bought the Nexus 7. Similarly to the Xperia Z, you don't get to see stunning , vibrant colors with good contrasts. Their colors are more natural looking. And if you are used to , say HTC LCD displays, Samsung Amoled, iphone Retina, the Xperia display will initially turn you off. That was how I felt the first day I bought the phone and immediately expressed my point versus the much nicer display on the Butterfly
Washout is infact a wrong term to describe it ; only greyish color tones will give you this washout effect and Sony purposely choose a greyish theme for its main wallpaper , giving many potential owners a wrong first impression about the display.
Andrewtst initially also dislike the display but eventually succumb to buy it !!

Bringing in 2 phones and passing through Msian customs is NEVER a issue for me. Did it so many times already. Once I bought 3 phones and it was also passed through after I volunteer to cut off the sealed stickers

May I know this comparison article where is it biased towards Samsung
Some other guys said gsmarena is biased towards HTC n Apple too
I would say we read n judge ourself
To give such a blanket statement is unfair to gsmarena
They rating certsin features better on samsung doesnt necessary mean they are biased. What about those good stuffs they are saying on HTC?
We judge these only when we evaluate both these ourselves

Google what is bootloader n you will understand why such a question not even be asked
Without boot loader how is phone going to boot up? All phones has bootloader
I think you are confused with unlock n lock bootloader

Try Touchwiz on Note 2 - it is the best ; other Samsung TW UI on other phones ( S, S2, S3, Note) sucks. Anyway I also never like TW but Note 2 is simply amazing , a vast improvement. This is the only phone I do not mind using TW UI.
HTC sense 4 till 4+ : also never like it and always use alternative launcher eg Nova. But Sense 5 on Butterfly ( I tested) is much smoother, more responsive and is less bloaty. Great improvement from HTC. You can always choose not to use the blinkfeed if you wish

This is HTC official statement ( some excerpts) about unlocking bootloader:

This includes content that you may have purchased through a 3rd party vendor and through HTC. It simply means , you do at your own risk and pray hard any claims might be entertained by HTC and its at HTC discretion

Bought for my brother. I am not user . So no reviews from me. Design not really that fantastic I would say as so over exaggerated by other's. That is my opinion only. Maybe i have poor taste. One thing for sure the body aint going to be scratch proof

The money you spend on this phone is many many chaps monthly pay

I tell you , this TS is picking up issues for nothing - like looking for a needle in a haystack. Most people will not even notice such stuffs. He is expecting a 100% perfect seam. Or like some guy say he is simply trolling
If I want to, I think I also can list out at least "10 defects" in any phone just to nitpick. Just pass me any phone, and I can list it out too these "10 defects"
