Here is something to cure your sleepiness... more D3 VOTA!



- Took almost 10 mins! Kill 7 elite
- Some nasty E in the beginning with 2 packs: Fear, RD. Molten, Extra Health + Knockback, Waller, Frozen, Mortar
- Good thing I have serenity
- At around 4min, facing E with teleport, my FOT tele together with E... fun.. I am sticking to it, not letting it out of my fist!

Yes. Generally, if your WKL has 23%/26% additional lightning damage you should see close to 20% additional DPs of your paper DPS. So, if your rare can give you 20% or more, you should not go to WKL. On top of that, at some point, you may want to try other skill such as bell. Wkl additional lightning will not help.

5 or 6 are not much difference, so, try to aim for 25% skill dmg.

Other than that, WKL only has 2 random stat, one must be socket, the other hopefully Crit Dmg or Life steal, depending on what you need. gladfly has a good WKL, you can use it to check if it will get you more damage:

So, even after P100, you can still get XP which you can assign to your other chars.

ps: just snipe something in 1d12h... a very happy happy purchased... just want to share how i normally snipe some stuff... i can monitor it for days.. this item i bought, i was outbid twice by flippers!! price went 10 times more. then, still in AH for like a week... no one buying, price slowly goes down... then, this morning still no one buying, it went off from AH... so, i have been refreshing the stat... for a few hours on and off... it pop up.. half the price i bid previously... i snipe it!!!

hehe.. it's not ready to show that yet. i m transforming! it's part of a few gears change i want to do. i wanted to change 5 gears... already got 3.. still 2 more to go... sniping...

For the last piece, I just need 33 Cold Resist... which should not be difficult to get... problem is, not easy to find one that can give me same or better DPS (without spending beeezzz)

Ya, still have not acquired the last piece... but feel powerful enough! Now, spend more time dealing damage, less kiting. Still not as good as high LoH / dual LS, but good enough for my play style.

Another MP10 VOTA run with 8 Elites and 3 Goblins, got like 6 DE. Pretty good run, especially trying to kill a Goblin with 2 packs and vortex trying to stop you.

Almost tempted to spend hundreds of mils yesterday to buy some godly gears that can push my DPS to 300k DPS...

I am glad I didn't do it! Not worth spending beezzz / real money just to get another 10% DPS...

In a parallel universe, i mean EU server, there is INVIS... 425k unbuff and 859k EHP with no LS at all. I've been told he walk MP10 like a boss... with no Serenity.

I dont have nearly as much DPS and EHP, but I do want to experience how is it to have such DPS... So, I did it on MP8 which mobs has 50% HP. Result is just as satisfying!

You should really come back! You are missing a lot of fun stuff. There's a couple of things you should try:

Objective 1 - Try TR/Bell build (http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/7199912895) or ask our in-house TR master waklu

1. Get yourself a LS Skorn with dex and LS. Can get as low as a few millions.
2. Get Stone of Jordan (SOJ) with 2 spirit regeneration or more, if can, get with additional Bell damage. Trick to search for this in AH:
- Look for armor, dont set to Ring. Just any armor.
- Spirit regeneration = 2
- Damage vs Elite = 25%
- Check each SOJ for Increased Crit Change for Wave of Light... Just checked awhile ago, can get in 10mil.
- If budget problem, just get high Damage vs Elite (>29%) with anything else. Can get in 2 mil.
3. Get 4 Inna set; Randiance, Tempest, Vast, Belt for sweeping wind bonus. These are cheap, except Vast and Tempest that may cost a bit more.
4. You are good to go! Depending on you DPS, you probably can farm up to MP8. Farming MP5 is OK.

Objective 2 - Farm as many Demonic Essence as possible
1. Have fun with the mobility and ability to kill Elite fast!
2. Try Vault of the Assassin (VOTA) Act 2 for fast DE farming
3. Get like 1000 DE!

Objective 3 - Crafting
1. The most powerful gear in the game now is crafted item
2. You need to craft in sequence:
- Shoulder
- Bracer
- Gloves
- Amulet
3. Within 1000 de, you should be able to craft pretty decent top end gear! (No guaranty, just me personal experience)

Objective 4 - Upgrade your other gears
1. Now that you have those 4 decent crafts, use the rest of the gold to upgrade your Weapon, rings, etc

Side quest - Uber
1. Add a few monks/barbarian in first page, join the Uber
2. Craft a Hellfire ring!

If you share your profile, may be we can give some specific advise on which piece that need urgent upgrade...

ya, similar, but LS is more effective in high DPS. LoH cannot get life from bell, for example, but LS can.
