Above link is my monk profile and skill that i frequently use. Since i rely on SW-cyclone and Fot, is it necessary to change to WKL? Am i gonna notice any significant different in damage instead of using my current sword?

Yes. Generally, if your WKL has 23%/26% additional lightning damage you should see close to 20% additional DPs of your paper DPS. So, if your rare can give you 20% or more, you should not go to WKL. On top of that, at some point, you may want to try other skill such as bell. Wkl additional lightning will not help.

Hmm, if that the case, i don't think WKL can give me any significant dmg instead of using my rare sword. Since LS is a must for me to play at MP10, what is the priority or rank when seeking a WKL?
Avg dmg/ 5-6 %lightning dmg / 15-25%lightning skill dmg?

5 or 6 are not much difference, so, try to aim for 25% skill dmg.

Other than that, WKL only has 2 random stat, one must be socket, the other hopefully Crit Dmg or Life steal, depending on what you need. gladfly has a good WKL, you can use it to check if it will get you more damage:

So, even after P100, you can still get XP which you can assign to your other chars.

Really nice Means that we can play other char that already plvl100 while the other will automatically lvling as well?

Look more like gaining XP which you can assign to other heroes later.

i myself keep a 6/25 LOH WKL in case want to play pure cookies cutter build.
in my situation, my FoT&SW damage output from 192k dps WKL setup are on par with 240k+ dps dual rare setup (checked from d3up).
however, if you already have >250k dps setup, i believe dual rare or EF+rare setup are much more efficient.

ps: just snipe something in 1d12h... a very happy happy purchased... just want to share how i normally snipe some stuff... i can monitor it for days.. this item i bought, i was outbid twice by flippers!! price went 10 times more. then, still in AH for like a week... no one buying, price slowly goes down... then, this morning still no one buying, it went off from AH... so, i have been refreshing the stat... for a few hours on and off... it pop up.. half the price i bid previously... i snipe it!!!

i'm more interested with his golds, 16B..
he has 240k+ dual LS setup with WKL (+24% lighting skills) which translate to almost 300k dps.
with buffs from combi-strike, forsight & fist of fury, the dmg output from FoT & SW are insane.

btw, what had u bought? and what is the price?
