I think you mean unobstructed view, for block C & D north facing, yes, no vacant land in front. As you can see, the Batu Caves, Titiwangsa mountain range and Genting Highlands view is very beautiful. Will also see UOA's United Point and IJM's Riana Dutamas development in the distance.

And even if the squatter land to the east are developed (hopefully by land share holder Kiaramas Development), block C & D north facing units will still be able to see in KLCC twin towers (or Prima Duta if your unit not high enough) lol

If block a b c d owners master room facing the pool side if the floors are high enough still will be able to see the pool ? Just came across my mind.

Visited the sales gallery and was pleasantly surprised with a few developments.

The glass shower screens were meant to be included but the mirrors in the bathrooms were meant to be a surprise from the developer (it's supposed to be a secret - and it's still being deliberated on by the developer).

For those who were wondering if TIME internet is going to be available - according to the sales rep.. IT WILL Be 'TIME ready' when we move in.

Met the provider of the security system ; the whole place is fitted with CCTVs; from perimeter fencing( which is an electric fencing by the way)  to the car parks . The car parks have panic buttons as well. Every visitor (even the pizza delivery guy will have his image recorded and saved upon entry)

Bathrooms and wet kitchen will be fitted with faucets which have hot / cold water option.

With the regards to the renovation packages, it's still being finalized but the wet kitchen will be offered by Bofi as well.

Personally, I am quite happy with the development so far.

what you menat is the petron can be only access from segambut dalam , no access from verdana direction ? or the other way around ?

oh no, which meant still no chance to connect segambut dalam with dutamas at the moment even after the petrol completed  ....

it depends, for dutamas residents and others coming from that direction, connecting to jln segambut is very good, additional entry and exit way which is much needed.

base on the photo , the petron look like have an entrance from both jln segambut and dutamas, not sure will they open both entrance during operation.
