agree with you because at opposite end of station entrance (can't see in photo) looks like there is a retaining wall because dutamas area is higher ground.

The first link from Dutamas was already made private by Verdana. In the DBKL plan there can be another link from French School but who is going to build that? Definitely not DBKL.

price psf is much higher too, if delay with LAD is not a bad news for the buyers too.

L-R: Blocks D & C, most balconies are done, even for units facing other sides, penthouses painted.
Can see Block B in between, has progressed, 1-2 weeks ago just bare concrete.
