Thanks for the info.

More important is that the water and power supplies are stable. I had lived in Prima Duta in the past and had only experience power disruption once. Never experience water supply rationing even when KV is under water rationing.

I was told this is because Prima Duta is having the same water supply piping and power cable as Kenny Hills/Jalan Duta where all the Tan Sri and Dato stay. So the chances of water rationing and power failure is rare.

Hopefully Anjali is also the same as Prima Duta and the condos along the streets. devil.gif

Just be patient with the access roads.

When I first moved to Prima Duta years ago, the access road was bad in that area. When it rains, it floods. Look now, the road conditions are good. The development surrounding that areas have sprung up.

So, I believe surrounding/roads around Anjali or the Jalan Segambut linking Mont Kiara will one day be developed. Unless u r flipper hopping to sell within few years, then you can give this project a missed; otherwise, it is a good project.

Well, the sale agents have been telling me the completion date would be much earlier than SPA. The developer is pushing to complete before 2017 Chinese New Year. Now they are left with 8 months to finish everything. Looks like the schedule is very tight.

Actually when I zoom in Anjali progress photo from top, feel a bit dizzy from the height. It is really tall for 20+ floors.

Dropped by showroom. Was told more than 90% sold. Remaining units are the larger units. Villa only 3 out of 26 units sold.

Completion to be mid 2017.
