OK guys a bit of good news! There will be a Petron station on Jalan Segambut next to Verdana. I wonder if it will be called Petron North Kiara? 

Anyway, it's very convenient for Anjali residents, about 350m only, and it will also have a convenience store, fast food restaurant & car wash!

The site looks quite big so I hope there's a fast food drive-thru.

Anjali is the first development for Angsana Setia, a subsidiary of Tago. Main contractor is called Thrive Build and I was told it is the same people who built Empire Subang.

own stay laaa. but weird enough SA told me that a lot bought for investment purposes which really spooked me initially.

Another great update from ABD. Scenaria has two entrance so they get to enter to suria access road quite conveniently but Anjali residents need to go around the school. Any chance we get the back access through that old condo behind ? I must be dreaming.

Do you mean the road passing through or next to Verdana?  My understanding is that the road will not be opened to public except Verdana residents.  I could be wrong though.

regarding petron station, the only access for now is from jln segambut. the piece of land in front will be partly acquired for road widening. petron cannot be accessed directly from dutamas (segambut sppk) area, not sure about future.

i called brdb about verdana access to jln segambut, it will remain a dead end until dbkl allow them to open the link. i guess it should be when the new jalan segambut-mont kiara road is completed, which i read in 2013 news dbkl are getting ekovest linked co to build. but land acquisition must complete first, not sure about the progress.

In terms of design and others, Anjali is better than Villa Crystal isn't it?  Better to have received a well completed property than a rushed deal.

You get what you pay for.  Delay is not an issue for me as I only bought last year ... LOL.
