those websites just don't wanna get flamed for not posting any benchmarks, since they are tech sites and half the viewers there are geeks. there are some useful benchmarks though, like battery benchmarks, since nobody can test every phone's battery limit with test / demo units. personally, the performance benchmarks are totally useless. i am a tech guy working in a tech field, but i really don't give 2 shxts about these benchmarks when buying a device.

Pocket needs to be deep enough to do that tongue.gif

For some ppl, benchmark is still useful. Why expensive phones normally have higher benchmark (ignore Vertu in this statement)? Because they use a better hardware and you get what you pay for.

Benchmark is sort of proportional to the price of a device. The more expensive it is, the higher the benchmark is, the better the real life performance is.

The statement you made only applies to those who follow closely to tech (who changes phone every few months or every iteration or generation) AND to those who knows nothing about tech (who follows what the trend is... GS3 many ppl use then buy GS3, iP5 many ppl use then buy iP5). And those in the middle are the one the decide what to buy based on reviews AND real life performance and price consideration.

To the least, benchmark can be a gauge of how well a phone perform tongue.gif

Ok... Time to leave lowyat forum alone. Good night peeps laugh.gif

It's damn sad actually. It's my first time ever spending so much on a screen protector. Usually I'll just stick with those RM3 ones and they scratch real easily sweat.gif

But at this rate, SGP doesn't seem to live up its name at its price and the amount of time taken to scratch cry.gif

Would love to hear SGP Ultra Crystal's user feedback tho, as my friend's Ultra Crystal SP doesn't seem to be as worse as mine rclxub.gif

SGP overpriced as always actually.
Now, it's even worse.

Anyway, who's selling Matte SP for Nexus 4 here? I am interested. It's a way to avoid scratches and stupid fingerprint.

This. When I first got my phone, a scratch already appeared on my default SP after roughly one hour of usage (initially it wasn't there). Seriously all the scratches came unknowingly and I don't even know where did I got them from.
