I still go with franco #53 stable with any other roms. Average 4 SOT everyday... WiFi is on all the time.

Yes, given the file is the correct stock kernel.

Btw, make a full backup using recovery beforehand.

Best part about franco #53 is that it stays as minimal as possible when your phone is on idle.. I unplugged it overnight around 8 hours and it just dropped 1 percent (with WiFi ON).

I can hardly get 4 SOT with 3G ON all time.... (unless you are using it for mere notification purpose lo).

I can see he got great signal (whole bar is green), and don't think he surf a lot. Most probably leaving the screen on without doing anything (just to test maximum SOT) so no much data consumption during that 7 hours. Candy Crush playing also not much %.

In my sucky Skudai location I can get 2.5 hours + with 3G + 2G only.

You turn on 3G but you never open facebook or browser... Just for whatsapp. Try greenify, this can be done.
