What sort of pros and cons are you talking about? Like getting owned by top decks and/or rich players who bought gazillion packs and have gazillion cards?

I wanted you all to decide wherther you all gonna spend money or not in expert pack and I will devide it in 2 part.


The A Path, honor guy spend no single real money in Heartstone.

Pros.

( Benefit 1 )
Since Hearthstone patched in an awesome way now you only need 3 win and earn from 5gold increased to 10 gold! which mean if you wanna buy an expert pack will cause you play about 30 match no matter in ranked play or non-ranked play 30 win is a must to get all total 100gold for each pack and about 45 worth of win for an arena match !

Cons.

To at least spend minimum 2.99usd for 2 pack to righteously earn a Golden Gelbin Mekkatorque, only available thru Closed and Opened Beta testing. tho that card craftable with large amount of arcane dust. bad part is that card listed as rewarded card and cannot be disenchant into dust, your pick.

Progress very slow, doable by other player easily no matter what you ranked. you face with early challenge with those who put rare and legendary card in their deck.

Arcane Dust to craft card ? arcane dust only earn-able when you have extra card or by player arena.
to craft common at least you need 40 arcane dust and rare for 100, epic or 400 and legendary for 1000. golden card x10 amount of arcane dust according to rarity.

Very stable deck, capable to defeat anybody who stand in your way because you got bunch of card to build different deck. ofcourse your deck build and the player that play the deck. so preciousssssss.

Ofcourse your deck full of blink-ge-dink golden deck which provide animation which is kewl!

Golden Gelbin Mekkatorque is righteously your. although it cant be disenchant into dust.

no more challenging to earn the card anymore if you collect all + golden card. have to wait next content.
get bored real soon, if arena still can entertain you!

Writer recommendations :-
if you walked this path or not, I suggest you spend all your gold into arena match, yes it cause more then expert pack but arena guarantied an expert pack and what nice is you get some gold ! which if you won at least 2 time you earn back those 50 gold back at least with some arcane dust!

example

an expert pack = 100 gold, at least 1 rare card, lucky enough you get another rare, epic or legendary. chances ? low. other benefit ? nothing.

an arena match = 150 gold,

at least 2 win = rebate 35 - 50gold + expert pack with mid chance of 2 rare card.
at least 5 win = almost 100gold + expert pack with better chance of rare, epic or legend card.
at least 7 win = 1 arena match worth of gold + expert pack with high chance of rare, epic or legend card.
at least 9+ win = 90+ gold ( why? ), and expert pack and guaranties a GOLDEN CARD, expert pack even higher chance to earn rare card and even 5 pack all jackpoted with rarity ! if you lucky!

It seems like gamers in malaysia (or asia) doesn't have much interest with tcg/ccg or are we just really slow on catching up with trends?

the real hard copy card game magic the gathering is very expensive.

not convenient to duel with other players anywhere, anytime unless you hang out often at those game card shops.

Got E-version on steam also wat.

limited choice of decks.
not enough customization.

i.e. those "duels of the planeswalker" on steam are "closed games" as in no new cards get added to them at all.

Now got a tcg game call "hex mmo"
