For me, neither. I'm using SEA address but regardless, we still fall under the NA region. You'll get a chance to get in when they're giving waves for NA, just gotta cross your fingers though.

On the side note, I heard they're only giving under 30 keys per day...so imagine the probability of getting one...

Actually i got it from my outside connection instead of getting it from Blizzard through opt-in/email
