burn it properly. my hp890 is MUCH MUCH more brighter than ksc75.
used more thana year. with canare cable.

infact.... i think the koss drive is bigger slightly than hp805..
hp805 = 40mm drive, hp895 = 50mm drive, while the koss is some how like 45mm...

but... from what i see. the hp800 (what i got) has a so call long throw drive, which the driver can move in and forward out more than koss ksc75 driver.
that's why when seriously amp it to loud volume, ksc75 has more distortion compare to 800... with my customized cmoy, and my ear... =D
don't take this statement seriously as reference. as it is just a simply test. i can't gurantee that the distortion is not caused by other reason/factors. but what i heard is that.

u haven't try it with ZHaolu, i tried it at scottiebaby there... seriously heart pounding sound..

imho she9500 is virtually not superior than any other ear bud earphone. try ep630 . or edifier h260/ cx300. the isolation can make u hear ur own foot step.

some times personal liking are take into place. just we can't tell why we love the specific headphone so much.
eg. u loved MS2i, yeahguy loved HP1K.
and i loved HP890.

i compared both
porta pro sounds muffled compare to KSc75
some said that prota pro has better bass, but KSC75 which amp nicely will have more bass than prota pro that using same amp.
i think KSC75 worth more. and sounds better.

don't believe those ohm things lah.
there's one sensitivities is more important

senheiser which is 250 ohm is easier to drive than the 32 ohm philips HP1K =P

get HP805 if u can. it sound not bad. but not so comfortable lah...

i don't dare to do such things as i afraid my hair nearby my ear might accidentally poke the driver, it's very soft actually. and the air vent behind the headphone is obstructed. hence it might effect the sound quality.

imho. amping it with normal amp doesn't bring heaven and earth different. just slight improve. everythings is more rich
how ever, when seriously amp it (zhaolu / PPAv2) it sound hell superb compare to unamp.
and some how some improper amp does cause distortion in bass. i have heard couple of amp causing that. but not on ppav2. =)
by the way, when it distort, means it telling you to tune down the volume. or the next things to distort is ur ear.
