I got this in 6.1.2 also, did a fresh restore to 6.1.3 and paired with my BT headset and still got this problem.

no problem for me when i'm pairing it to my ipad hmm.gif y some of you got problem and some others are just ok with it. i wonder.

i don't use bluetooth headset. but, i do have a bluetooth radio in my car which i have no problem pairing biggrin.gif

First trial. Battery worse than 6.1.2.. But need to observe for few more days for more accurate info..

62% usage 2 hours and 22 minutes, first trial results. Will post up screen shot soon.

mine is running on 3G on, location service on (only some apps i turn on for the location service, the one not using switch off), and push email manually. so far i don't fine any problem at all. rclxms.gif

IINM cant use OTA method cuz evasion already disablethe feature (i didnt try) , but only through iTunes. But you wont be able to JB again. For me not worth it.
