Hmm, how to printscreen it? and how to upload the printscreen to this thread?...

after i reset the 5 hrs sot last few days, im testing how long my phone can idle with minimal screen on set to 100% brightness...

now at BBS show 2d9h24m30s DeepSleep 99.2%

awake 25m38s 0.7%

screen on 9m 37s 0.3%

i think something wrong with my awake vs my screen on (maybe reinstall skype and twitter, gonna uninstall it)

battery left 69%

Please do note i reboot twice , reboot one time -4 % , reboot second time also -4% in few minutes, after reboot it will be fine and very safe battery , so during this test period 8% of batt lose.

he wont jealous lor, mine only s3 mini nia...

So you need to show:

1. https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=Atta...post&id=3320183
2. https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=Atta...post&id=3320184
3. https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=Atta...post&id=3346527

But for S3 mini screenshot, hmm.gif I think you can do powerbutton+upvol or powerbutton+downvol I don't remember which one. You will see a flash across the screen. Then pull down your notification to view and save it.

To load a screenshot, you can either browse from the phone browser or desktop browser, then below this text entry box there's a "Browse" button for you to view and add files.

If you are doing from the PC, you need to transfer the file to the PC first.

I don't think most users care about max idle time since the phone is meant to be used tongue.gif

However you can check v20 post 10 for current records. Longest ever was 4 days with 4hrs SOT.

I will check SOT again after i finished checking idle time hopefully by this few days my batt will go down at least 20-30% before i printscreen

hopefully this will serve for reference those who re interested in getting s3 mini.

i think my batt starts to kick in after 6 charge few days ago.

I have found out why i waste -8% battery after i restart my phone ON and OFF for twice

Do NOT switch the phone off!
We're often told to turn lights off to save energy, but this advice does not work on mobile phones. In fact, although it sounds crazy, your phone's battery charge will last longer if you DON'T turn it off! The reason for this is that devices like the 5800 are actually pocket-sized computers with a phone built into them, which is why they're often called "smartphones". Just like PCs, smartphones take a while to boot up, and this booting process involves lots of intensive computing tasks that help to get the phone ready for use. Switching a phone on actually uses far more battery power than simply leaving the phone on, and of course if you switch the phone off you will have to switch it back on again at some point. If you switch a phone on and off lots of times, it will use up the battery very quickly, because you're asking it to boot up lots of times. Your battery will last a LOT longer if you just leave the phone on all the time, and charge it while it's still on. A fully-charged 5800 can stay switched on in standby mode for up to two weeks, because in standby mode with the screen switched off it doesn't have to do much except wait for calls or commands. You don't need to do anything special to put the 5800 into standby mode, it is automatically in standby when it isn't being used. There is no real need to ever switch a mobile phone off, unless something has gone wrong with it and you want to try rebooting it.

Every Samsung Galaxy SIII Mini users, do u face the 'reboot phone itself' problem ?

Example: like it will reboot itself after a while, do u face this problem ?

I need someone to reply me, not ignore me.
