i think BBS better, can check what wakelock and partial wakelock and how many counts. I paid USD2.50 for it maybe u can get it at playstore too and make improvement of ur batt juice.

waze consume batt i uninstalled it

i off all autosync as i dont need it

i off location services

i disable maps/google+

u need to explore urself which app is consuming power

i also do batt calibration ,
- leave ur phone discharge till 0% completely
- allow it to auto off
- charge ur phone to 100%

from here u may monitor it what apps is eating ur batt

Waze, if you didn't turn it on, doesn't consume any battery ... hmm.gif It exits properly and is a well behaved app. All GPS apps suck battery massively when they are used, so you should get a good quality car charger and a good quality cable. Unfortunately due to the length, there is current loss thru resistance, but I'm not going to buy a "Monster" type USB cable for a ripoff price.

My solution to this is to stick a powebank just behind the steering wheel and charge my phone from that for long trips.

I checked with GCC. Lousy bro. I put in some extension USB cables into my dashboard. The readings never exceeded 700.

Look for brotan in Garage Sales. He is an authorized dealer for Yoobao and provides 1 year full local warranty. Choose any size that fits your budget and preference but the get the largest that you are comfortable with.

I have a Yoobao 11200 and a 13000. They are both about the size of a filled men's wallet, or slightly smaller than a 3.5" HDD.

I don't know, but brotan has conducted his own testing to verify that the products he carries are reputable. A number of people in the Note 2 thread got stuff from him, including myself. We use the GCC app to test and confirm that output current is as advertised. However the GCC app only works for the S3 and Note 2. My Yoobao 11200 and 13000 do give consistent 1300-1800 for the 2A port depending on cable.

Some products may not work as advertised, but I haven't tested the item in your link.

UPDATE: Anything larger than 13000mAh, IMHO, should come under those universal power banks that can charge Notebooks as well.
