Should be anywhere from 2%-10% under normal phone sleep circumstances. If it's worse than this then you have a bad wakelock. Read benny888's posts over the last 2 days from Note 2 and S4 forums.

Darn man, just enjoy using the effing phone and stop worrying about battery life. It's not like an inch of battery is an inch of gold...... you will get more white hair worrying about your battery life.
