what i meant is, just the LED light gimmick implementation, that even a cheaper kit gets something pretty awesome like that sweat.gif not the overall build.. although of course i know the overall build, nu ver ka wins by a mile
of course the jesta vs nu ver ka was a very very loose comparison sweat.gif

gets more for your buck each days. as a Jesta fan I am tempted to get one, but see how it all go first hmm.gif

like any other retail items, price hike is faster than price drop, regardless of any factors like exchange rate, petrol price change, etc etc whistling.gif

thats is so awesome LED light gimmick
plus the 2.0 hand I think totally worth it

I agree.. with the price tag makes this kit quite affordable and tempting.. sweat.gif

QUOTE(rihuhs @ Apr 17 2013, 09:00 AM)
MG Nu Ver. Ka is a whole lot different level compared to MG Jesta, although using the same fully articulated manipulators. the details, parts separation, mechanics are plenty more. put side-by-side the pics showing let say, the parts for the arms for MG Nu Ver. Ka and a PG Strike for an example, you can see the number of parts are pretty much similar sweat.gif

Just witness a MG Nu ver ka on display myself.. wub.gif I have to say this kit is really outstanding compare to the other Ver ka in the market. The size of the kit, the details, it come with a special stand, LED and phyco frame.. Makes it quite hard to resist.. sweat.gif Dam.. I didn't watch the series but the kit is really "outstanding" thumbup.gif

Scenario:-

Last time: <Yen Rate High>

Shop had PO their item, and paid the stock at the last time, so price is higher.. so sell to market also higher ..

Current time: <Yen Rate Drop>

Shop had also PO their item, and paid the stock at current time, so price is lower.. but can't sell market lower..because old stock are higher price.. so standardize their price to high lo.. but some of them might have a few new units selling at special price .. or promo price, smile.gif .. but the promotion.. they still earning money as it's the stock from the current time whistling.gif

Well, this is just my theory!.. It's just part of business..

^ nope, not really.. some carry through for a very long time.. maybe just about RM5 difference, but they maintain for a long time, even through new and old stocks whistling.gif

such as gamers, actually.. whenever yen rate go up, they raise the price of their old stocks too.. like delta plus from 165 to 167 even though it's been sitting on the shelf forever

No business would follow the xchange rate daily u'll be at the mercy of currency volatility. On a bad day ur business can collapse in a single afternoon, u might as well close down shop and start currency trading there is no difference anyway.

Generally ppl tend to stick to a fix rate for a period of time to hedge themselves against the volatility of xchange rates, the rate should be updated after some time; when? That is up to the owners. However most business r not so clear cut, since alot of behind the scene action is hidden from us buyers tey can just slap on a price tag base on the highest rate the currency were trading at (say yen at 0.037). Tey can always lean back on the excuse of "old stock , cant sell at new price or i'll incur losses" or the opposite "new stock just arrive yesterday at high rate, cant sell at new price or i'll incur losses". Even if those statements isn't true there is no prove on the buyers side to disprove it either since we dun know who/when/where did the stock came from. Worse is if they had some sort of agreement amongst competitors to fix it at a certain rate thus wherever u go it'll be the roughly the same. This is all normal albeit dirty business tactics but there is nothing we buyers can do about it.

of course i'm not expecting them to do daily revisions, that's just business

however, if they follow the rise in exchange rates, one would naturally expect them to do the same if the exchange rate drops. not that i'm oblivious to the way business works, i know their aim is to maximize profits, but when they increase to say, when they got the stocks at previous 0.033x, and increase it when it increased to 0.037x (which is fair enough), but fail to reduce it when the exchange rate drops to 0.031x (let's say on new stocks, they keep to 0.037 with the excuse "it's old stocks"), that is quite unacceptable as they already got the previous 0.004x increase in old stocks, now they effectively gain another 0.006x for NEW stocks

this is what i'm getting at, i hope it's not too confusing

another option is to PO from online local sellers
they usually, i mean usually, follow current yen exchange rate since they keep little or no stocks, only ordering the number people ordered

Well.. simple la.... people doing business to earn money.. if the people doesn't even earn at least a minimum of 20% margin.. you think they want to sell?

That's why those big shops, they rather do all the stock holding and wait for walk-in customers and loyal customers to come back n buy.. then throwing clearance sales..

A real business man.. never simply give discount or offer promotion!.. smile.gif

Please don't compare it with LITT TAK.. smile.gif

Runner preview of RG Destiny and one that surprise me that they gave a clear shield and they gave a sticker to put on it. I guess this gave a choice to painter to put any clear color they like but not sure how the shield with sticker will look like.

Also unlike the it's MG counterpart, the 3 small fins in the wing is combined as one piece which mean it can't be folded like the MG does.
