there are many ways to measure progress..strength, motivation, confidence, measurements, photo, weight, definition etc. learn to measure better..manage your expectations..dont expect miracles in short amount of time.

mayb the green is healthy mentally?

vege is carb
and it looks like u have alot of it...

take 8 meal per day and consume more protein than a calorie...cut ur rice intake,,oily n junk food...

I don't take rice... I don't drink, I don't do junk food and oily... the only carbs I take is white bread and I take protein supplements.... maybe I should start to eat more meat?

nothing is easy if you are not serious into it. Count your calories intake and your BMR and TDEE first and we shall discuss there after.

else its just a waste. If you want us to help, then help yourself first in getting those numbers.
