i think you have the right decision. Dont too bother what people had said. Just serve your loan installments promptly at least passed the moratorium period. Everything should be ok.

May i know do you apply full loan or 90% loan? the Pr1ma lawyer said i need to settle 10% downpayment cash only allow to withdraw money from KWSP account 2. My plan is to withdraw account 2 combine with my cash but seems the Pr1ma lawyer and Pr1ma person said need to settle the 10% first. Do you face the same problem?

Sounds like you are just 50-50 only. Especially with many option of affodrable scheme now like RumaWip n Rumah Selangorku.
Hopefully you will not regret later.. 10years moratorium is a long time.

These housing is not for speculation, so 10 years is reasonable. After that sure the price will increase due to different factors. So, nothing to lose though probably not much to gain either.

I get 100% loan. What your pr1ma lawyer said is true.

An update to my enquiry to PR1MA in regards of when Strata Title will be issued:

Initially lawyer said no need to bring money and they will arrange for s and p 1st, after that only withdraw epf money for 10% downpayment. 2 days before signing lawyer called and said PR1MA no longer allowed this practice and asked for 10% cheque issue to perbadanan pr1ma. A bit of disappointment as pr1ma supposed to help us to own a house but seem that they are not really helping in securing 100% loan and not everyone can come out with 10% down payment. If you noticed, private developer will normally sort of mark up the price and give discount during signing so that we may not have to fork out a lot of money, this also will give us time to withdraw epf in the future if needed.

Hi guys, i still not sign snp yet. I need some opinion from you guys. I comparing between prima alam damai and villaria kondominium PJS2 which about the same price 365k to 375k, got 1 car park and small pool. But the apartment is abandon long time already around year 2003 then got developer completed the project and already completed early this year. Still got several unit unsold. The apartment not really high dense about 300 unit iinm but the design look old like 199x apartment but its new.

Cant decide which one is better for investment and stay hmm.gif

Now it is opening again for unit selection until 30th sep.
This round i got the offer and wondering as well.
May i know how many units per floor and how many lift available?
Thinking whether to get this or look for the auction property...

I got the offer too.. open until 30th sept.. decided to go for the studio unit, some were still available. rm243k, hope this is a good investment.

PR1MA Alam Damai looks exactly like the model at PR1MA HQ in Oasis Damansara. Location also really nice. A lot of greenery along the way. I don't have much money but decided that its worth to find the money and ikat perut for this apartment.

Does anyone know if there is show unit available for viewing?
