NILI9920F and STV9511, are they good enough for heavy use like fridge? Is there anything else on the back (in the picture). What is the price? if no much difference I would like to take the smaller one.

for the TV one, I think i want a 3 * 3 pin power one, so I don't have to buy multi socket. Please quote me price also.
*

u tended to use STV9511 for fridge too?
but recommended to get SC0039 or NILI9920F as both can support more than 5amp but STV9511 only 5amp...

SC0039 RM49 & NILI9920F RM79

if u want more multisocket, u can get AV Pack as it have 3*3pin and 3*2pin power socket but it cost RM143...

kalau i guna cal lab jenis ni SFTV9622-FC untuk pc sahaja bersama lcd .....internet guna wifi je.. boleh ka
*

SFTV9622FC tel module designed for analog signalling for normal telephone ONLY... no suitable for modem usage as more filtration on analog protection

if u need to pair with modem, u need the cal-lab model with come with DAF or DSL version such as SP9201DAF, SF9512DSL, IT pack, etc...

QUOTE(GreenJellyBean @ Jun 17 2011, 10:11 AM)
sorry typo, i actually meant SC0039 and NILI9920F. So SC0039 (RM49) and NILI9920F (RM79) both can be use with fridge, SC0039 is smaller and NILI9920F is bigger, both also 1*3pin only. Am I correct? then what is the difference which make NILI9920F cost rm30 more?

I will take the AVPack for my TV. Now I need to see if I should take SC0039 or NILI9920F base on your reply.
*

NILI have the feature to isolate the noise generated by ur fridge which the noise will distribute ur house's power cable and causing some audio equipments with buzz / humming sound...

AV pack support power, aerial antenna, telephone (analog) & astro protection... also support up to 2000w load... smile.gif

Answer: all items are located together and side by side. I'm using Unifi (normal copper wire for apartment)
*

is ur TV connected to any aerial antenna or astro decoder?

do inform me early as i will do stock collection when saturday smile.gif

QUOTE(sonicspeed @ Jun 23 2011, 10:42 PM)
Is a normal copper wire.
1 & 2 -  not connected to any antenna, only to the tv box (from unifi), both 1 & 2 items is located together.
3. connected via wireless, only one CPU connected.

Thanks.
*

since setup 1 and setup 2 located together, u can use SF9512DSL,SF9812DSL, SF9512DSL MS2+3 or IT pack to protect UNIFI copper wire and the power source for all the equipment...

for setup 3, the PC conencted via wireless, means u can protect power source only and u can use SC0039

do inform me early as i will do stock collection when saturday smile.gif

hihi, my house i think got wiring problem which causes severe electric static problem, will get static shock when touching the casing of cpu, laptops, even when touch the water in washing machine when washing clothes, side of electric rice cooker. will ur surge protector helps in this problem? which unit do you recommend?

thank you!
*

so far i never heard cal-lab able to solve the electric leakage from ur equipment since the grounding cable are connected from earth to cal-lab to equipment, hence quite impossible cal-lab located a resistance / filtration on the grounding point as earthing as may effect the efficiency of protection level and must come with lowest resistance too... that the reasons most of earthing green wire come with thicker diameter too...

perhaps u should try to switch off all the equipment and unplug from wall socket check whether have any leakage or not, if dont have means one of ur household device faulty... hence request wire contractor to do another grounding point will direct into earth too...

Your products are great but the design leaves much to be desired in modern homes.
I am thinking something like Belkin's Surge Protector.

Do you have any plan to re-design them?

Thank you.
*

Cal-Lab dont have any plan for redesign product due to the cost concerned as the buyers will bare to extra cost for the "design" only... so far Cal-Lab no increased pricing for the past 5-7 years+ and committed with affordable pricing and performance guarantee...

even though the 8elkin design are good but their products performance was questionable...
Here the link below for user review on 8elkin products...

you can use MDSC0039FC + SP9201DAF

if u have wired lan cable to other rooms, then u need lan protection as well... smile.gif

yes, all in the same room and the room only got one wall socket
*

if everything in the same room, and no other sources connected to outside of ur room...

u can use MDSC0039 10amp for power protection all for the equipment since using UNIFI with optic fiber which the source from the outside of ur room and wont attract surge...

if u have other PCs located at other room or parallel the telephone cable from Unifi to other room... then u may need additional protections as the surge may come from other room and may harming ur room's equipment

so there's no need for SF9512-DSL or even SD-4Ccu since it's fiber optic and not phone line?
also do I need SLAN-1236 for my 2 computers which is using LAN?

sorry for so many questions, also quote me the MDSC0039 10A and delivery or COD in USJ area. Thanks.
*
If PCs located side by side with UNIFI equipment and router, lan protection wasnt complusory to protect.but no harm to protect lan cable too if u worry surge damage ur mobo

Socket one - Electric equipment
- LCD Tv and Astro decoder.

Socket two - Streamyx
- Streamyx modem + telephone line.

Both socket 1 and 2 located different place.
Lightning has burned my modem 2 times ( last raya is the latest)
Just change to new TV cause my previous tv not functioning after lightning.
PM me product + price + postage to port klang.. thanks.

Socket One
If dont have aerial antenna connected to TV or other interconnected equipments connected to ur TV and decoder
u can use MDSC003FC

Socket Two
If dont have PC to PC networking via wired lan cable to another room/location
u can use MDSC0039 + SP9201DAF

but if u have wired lan cable connect to other location or you have other connected source, you required for additional protection too..
