you may use this combination for 6 power socket...

TRM-NIF-3 BU+PE RM128 (Price before discount)
TRM-EP-UK2+US1 RM88 (Price before discount)

Let me know if you need more than 9-12 power socket for your setup...
no idea for this. many possibilities for this issues.
Best try to change few lightning light bulb type (eg: fluorescent to led tube) to minimize the causes.

Hi there,

I came across this thread looking for a surge protection power strip for electrical devices which I plug on ad-hoc basis.

Reading your replies, I think a TRM-NIF-3-BU model would best suit my needs (laptop, table-top fan, a further power strip connected to this TRM-NIF-3-BU for a USB charger + radio + desk lamp).

However, this review says that I need a base unit "TRM-NIF-IT BU+PE" first:
https://pokde.net/review/cal-lab-lightning-...oduct-overview/

Would like to know, is the base unit necessary or can I just plug TRM-NIF-3-BU to the wall socket directly as the base unit for my needs?

Thanks.

if u required 3 power socket only and no expansion required, that is TRM-NIF-3-BU
if u required future expansion with more power sockets or other modules, that is TRM-NIF-3-BU+PE

simply plug the cal-lab unit to wall power socket will do smile.gif
